Both. Your website is a one-time build — $500 for the Starter Build, $1,500 for the Full Build with the Instant Price Calculator and Color Visualizer included. Once it's live, you choose an ongoing monthly growth package to run ads, SEO, and automation on top of it.
What's the difference between the $500 and $1,500 website build?
The $500 Starter Build includes a fully custom, mobile-first website with all core pages, local SEO foundation, and CRM setup. The $1,500 Full Build adds the Instant Price Calculator — the tool that lets homeowners get a price range before they call — and the Color Visualizer, where homeowners pick a floor color and automatically receive real installed photos by email. Both are built to convert; the Full Build just has more tools working for you from day one.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No long-term contract is required on any monthly package. We ask for a 90-day minimum so the systems have time to actually generate data and results, then it's month to month.
Is ad spend included in the monthly price?
No — the monthly price covers our management, systems, and ongoing work. Ad spend is paid directly to Facebook/Google and is separate, with suggested ranges listed per package above.
Can I upgrade packages later?
Yes. Most clients start on Farm Starter with a single crew, move to Farm Growth once they're ready for more volume, and step up to Farm Scale when they're running 3+ crews and want to push 61+ leads per month.
What's not included in the website build or packages?
Ad spend itself, third-party software fees beyond our CRM platform, and one-off branding work like logo design are billed separately or scoped as needed.
